This website serves as a guide to working with Calea Zacatechichi, a legal plant whose effects include:
- making dreams more vivid, realistic, and detailed
- helping dreamers achieve lucidity i.e. dreaming and knowing that you’re dreaming!
- increasing ones ability to remember dreams
Calea Zacatechichi is commonly known as Dream Herb.
It is also referred to as Bitter Grass, Cheech, Leaf of God. or just Calea Z.
As knowledge has spread about the use of dream herb in a shamanic context by the Chontal Indians of Oaxaca, Mexico, its popularity has spread beyond its its indigenous roots.
Many people around the world now are interested in working with Calea Z in order to work with their dreams.
This guide is intended for such an audience.
